Is perhaps the most boring exceptional show I've ever seen. It's beautiful. Full of spectacle and visually enticing scenery. They keep your interest by constantly referencing real-world occurrences, making you feel like you're learning some world history while watching. They use tons of old slang like "arcade" and "midway" which you otherwise only know from playing Mortal Kombat in the 90's.
The problem is, the show isn't that good. It's well made, but offers little in the way of story. There's no through-point, or even a character to hitch onto. A lot of cool things happen, but not a lot of plot development.
It's more like, you're just witnessing some cool stuff. But the thing is, the stuff is really cool.
