Baseball fans are the best fans in American sports. They are more knowledgable and respectful than any other fans. They love tradition and legacy. While basketball, football, and even hockey are more exciting, they do not provide as rich an experience as baseball.
Case in point: Watch the fans reaction to Josh Hamilton (of the visiting team) hitting 4 2-run homers. They got their butts kicked, but they can appreciate a great performance.
