He hasn't even been drafted yet, although the Hornets are a lock, and I already don't like Anthony Davis. This has nothing to do with his skill set; the kid is a beast and can very well be a game changer. He is exactly what the Hornets need and helps them get one step closer to relevancy.
But, I already got a problem. It starts with his unibrow. It's not only that it's off-putting, admit it, it's a huge distraction, but also because of his decision to trademark it. First off, i'm overlooking how ridiculous it is to trademark a unibrow, I'll leave that one to the morning DJs. My main beef is with him and his people's insistence to start cashing in before he's had a single team practice. Instead of playing the humble and gracious card, which has already worked wonders for Kevin Durant, he has already thrusted himself into the limelight. Davis is already banking on his star potential.
Just get drafted. Put on the cap. Pose for the pictures. Collect the trophy. Then we'll talk endorsements. I'm thinking a headband with a unibrow on it.
